You are invited to our yearly Charity Kirtan on New Year Day at the The Urban Co-Op and online. Myself and Martin will be joined by Mahatmananda / Tadhg to bring you an opportunity to start 2022 in prayer, in song, in community and in presence.
We will be sharing chants, yoga nidra and maybe even a cuppa tea, 3-5pm. This is a charity event, this year I am supporting a charity very dear to me. My nephew, who lost his young wife to cancer is organising a cycle in her honour to raise money for charities dear to them. You can see the details on @cycle4helen.
Booking in advance is essential - you can book for the in-person or online event on my website. All are welcome. If you are coming in person, we would ask that you take self-responsibility and don’t come if you’re not feeling well or have any symptoms.

A Poetry Dive is an immersion in poetry and music

A Poetry Dive is an immersion in poetry and music for healing, relaxation and self-discovery.
Come experience the connection and authenticity possible through the miracle of zoom in alchemy with music, poetry of the inner life, dancing, writing, sharing. All aspects of being, from the darkest to the brightest are welcomed in a circle committed to authenticity, risk-taking and self-honesty.
We will begin with some movement and then move into the poetry dive where you surrender into the journey of poetry and music. There will then be an opportunity do some spontaneous writing and optional sharing.
You don’t need to be a poet, or even a lover of poetry to attend this workshop.
I invite you to drop in with me and others as we journey together towards this creative path of self-discovery and listen and respond to our soul’s own longing.
No previous experience is required for this class.
