This weekend, I completed teaching another year-long diploma training in Sound Healing with Voice.

I'm so delighted that another group of sound healers are coming your way.
It was incredible to witness the transformation in each and every one of the students as they graduated yesterday. There was such growth in self-confidence, self-esteem, embodiment of sound, and sound wisdom in each and every one.

We had a stunning weekend, weekend 4 of 5 of Sound Healing Practitioner Diploma with Voice training.
These trainees have come such a long way, personally, professionally, vocally, spiritually... on so many levels.
It is such a joy to see the confidence and skill growing, so many aga moments in the giving and receiving.
Thanks to the @collegeofsoundhealing for creating this training and being so supportive and generous in sharing the gift of sound.
I am filled with joy and love and humbled by the power of us humans to remember who we are and comity yo sharing that widely... it's all vibration!

I'm delighted to be hosting a Breathwork Journey in @angeltimes on Sunday 18th June - 7.30pm - 9.30pm.

This breathwork journey introduces you to the power of conscious connected breathing. A natural, powerful and a deep dive into the longing of the soul to reveal, remember and connect us to true nature. A time to dive into what is holding us back from living life more wholeheartedly.

In this safe and nurturing environment, I will hold a space with you held with sacred intention as we journey through movement, music and breath. This journey invites your breath and soul to be your own guides and lead you to where ever you need to go to remember the truth of your perfect nature, which is love at it’s core.

If you have not done breathwork with me before, you will need to get in touch with me before you book, see more information below on breathwork.

What will happen in the session?
❤️ We'll connect the group and drop into our body and breath
❤️ You’ll be introduced to the simple conscious breathwork technique
❤️ You will be supported on your inner journey with the breath through movmeent, spoken guidance and evocative music. Most people lie down for the session.
❤️ There will be time at the end to journal and share experiences.

You don't need any previous experience to join us, however you will need to get in touch with me before booking.
