This class is dedicated to the unfolding and awakening of ourselves through the power of sound, movement and breath and silence.
We will use ancient and contemporary world sounds and songs, devotional chants, poetry, and movement. These simple yet profound tools will take you on a journey to discover your very own embodied, authentic voice, the unique sound we each have and that which is beyond our criticism and self-judgement.
You’ll discover the essential part that silence plays as you learn to listen, witness, attune, heal, and liberate trapped emotions — transmuting them into deeper states such as joy and peace.
Do you feel your inner call to find freedom, to discover your true nature and live a more compassionate, truthful and creative life? Then join me in this current series and see what is waiting to be awakened in you.
No previous experience is required for this class.
