In this practice we invite the cooling, grounding aspect, tuning in with the feminine energy of the moon.
The practice is beautifully simple, follow the steps below and join me on this short video
- Curl the tongue in or if that’s not possible, place the tongue flat between the lips
- Breath in over the tongue, you will feel the cool air come in across the tongue
- As the breath lands at the back of the throat, pause for a moment
- Breath out slowly through the nostrils
Repeat as often or as long as you wish
Observing the feel, the touch of the breath, the quality of breath in, the quality of the breath out.
Sit and relax and return to a normal breath, observing the effects of sitali breath.
